Short-term property management company looking for a part-time handyman to do punch-list items on an ongoing basis”. The hours will vary because as of present we are not guaranteeing any particular number of hours. You can work day or night and set your own hours. The pay is $15.00-$60.00/hour. I just need somebody to do odds and ends and different tasks and have the ability to get to these properties quickly and do what I need done, and then occasionally I need you to help me go set up a property where we work all day."Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For example: installing new door knobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties, and helping with staging, moving and lifting. It’s a plus if they’re tech savvy for putting routers in, setting up smart TVs etc. You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor.
