We are a medium sized real estate company in Rochester NY looking for someone to take care of all maintenance requests and rehab of properties as well as other duties. Includes: run errands, need a car to collect rents, knowledge for repairs, organize and coordinate administration duties, handling tenants etc.. We are looking for someone trustworthy to build a long term relationship with. Must have high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication. Must have a car, and must have some tools. Must have experience and references.
