UPDATED WEDNESDAY SEPT 14 Seeking a reliable professional person or persons for a 1-2 day project at my house. Please be reliable and available immediately and be able to finish the project in 1 to 3 days. I think 2 people would be ideal to complete the job in this timeframe. I would like whoever is interested to provide me with an estimate. I pay cash and have all of the materials, so this will be only the cost of your labor and your equipment. Below are the specific needs of the project and pictures to review. The persons interested must be able to do all of the work needed, meaning I can't hire one person for one thing and someone else for the other. This is located off Ojai road in SP. 1. Complete installation (one panel) of bathtub surround wall and fiberglass shelving, AND replace faucet and shower head. 2. Reconnect the bathroom sink faucet and drain. Caulking around tub and areas of flooring 3. There are 2 windows recently installed that need mortar and stucco placed approximately 12 inches x 45 inch area 4. Complete finish work of recently installed baseboards- corners cut, gaps filled 5. Install a single exterior door and install a lock 6. Install metal security door and lock/handle 7. Remove and install kitchen sink and faucet, and finish work around the sink 8. Connect a ceiling light fixture- needs a new wire 9. Clean up kitchen cabinets so the doors and drawers move smoothly and reinstall door hinges on 4 doors My house I just recently upgraded but the above is to do the finish work and a few minor items. Again, please be reliable and able to start within 3-4 days. Ideally, 2 persons to complete the job. Contact me with your number so we can discuss in more detail.
