FAMILY FIRST LIFE INSURANCE AGENCY IS HIRING for seasonal enrollment position Oct 1-January 15. The schedule is completely flexible, pay is 1099, and based on the marketer's ability to complete enrollments. PAY: $25 per enrollment with no cap. Payments will be made once the marketer successfully meets enrollment milestones. Hiring 15-20 individuals in the Waco area. Position main duties: 1) Reach out to local businesses to arrange direct marketing events throughout the season. 2) Delivering qualified enrollees each day. 3) Uphold privacy and security standards for company data and client information. Ideal candidates will have: 1. Proven experience in performance-based roles. 2. Candidates will be resourceful and creative in finding markets to position themselves in front of to maximize enrollments. 3. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: healthcare, sales, insurance, or any direct marketing such as pest control, solar sales, and door-to-door sales. 4.
