My 2 yrs male Shih tzu needs a friend to join our little family Toby ( my Shih tzu) is fixed so either male or female, would like a small male doesn’t need to b the same breed and not a old dog something Toby’s age or younger and house trained, the thing is I am disabled and can’t afford a lot for a dog, so it would be awesome if they were free or really cheap let me know what you have
