Your Impact Want to experience working in a fun, fast growing health/wellness startup? If so, ya came to the right place. You will play a key role in being the face of LÜME at multiple San Diego farmers market event locations, while nurturing a thriving culture. You'll work closely with LÜME's founder to ensure LÜME's brand image is top notch, while enhancing our sales strategy and growth efforts. You'll be responsible for managing the LÜME booth at 1-3 local farmers markets of your choice to boost awareness & sales. You'll continually search for new procedures and methods to better represent LÜME to thousands of potential customers. As you grow with us, you'll have the opportunity to manage additional team members, while expanding your skillset in effectively leading a sales team. Your Role Manage the LÜME booth at 1-3 locations of your choice. Actively present & sell LÜME granola to farmers market customers. Positively represent our brand to current and potential customers. Identify areas of growth to increase sales & customer experience. Have a hand in suggestions for design elements, marketing, and systems at our booths. Setup and breakdown of booth at each market. Your Experience At least 1-2 years of sales experience. Outgoing, friendly, and extroverted personality. Passionate for health and wellness. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. Able to communicate complex topics in a simple fashion. Ability to be suggest/devise creative marketing solutions that will help LÜME thrive at farmers markets. Strong work ethic and likes to take action. Reliable with a strong attention to detail. Strong desire to learn. Benefits Flexibility: Flexible schedule. We have multiple shifts available. Typical hourly pay ranges from $18-$25+ / hour with commissions & tips. Additional Requirements Valid drivers license. Must have a dependable car that can fit the required equipment and product. Able to lift booth supplies. Flexible availability Available Shifts Wednesdays 9:30 AM- 1 PM (Little Italy) Sundays 9:30 AM -2 PM (La Jolla & Rancho Santa Fe) Fridays 3-7 PM (La Mesa) Saturdays 8 AM -2 PM (Little Italy, Poway) Please reply to schedule a quick interview.
