Taco Chef Needed - Tacos for 10 people on 9/30

Hi there! I have a group of 10 people for an event at a private home in the Mississippi District of Portland. We are looking for a chef to cook tacos, quesadillas, with sides for 10 people around 6:30pm. It is a casual reunion gathering so we are just looking for a good chef who can create delicious steak and chicken tacos with homemade tortillas (3 tacos per person, 30 total), delicious cheese quesadillas (20 total), with the following sides: guacamole and chips, beans, and rice. We want to hire someone who will buy, bring, and cook the full meal and clean up after. The food will be served on paper plates/napkins that we will provide and we'll provide our own drinks. There is a full kitchen available for use, but you can also pre before and bring your own griddle if that's your thing. The taco dinner will be served around 6:30pm (we're flexible) through 7:30pm and post clean-up you will likely not need to be at the house past 8:00pm.
