Good Home or Rescue Needed

I need help finding a home or rescue for this beautiful boy. My son found him on the river bridge a few nights ago terrified and paralyzed with fear. He is the sweetest and most gentle thing. He sits at your feet for attention and on command, doesn't jump on you and is well mannered. We have taught him to shake. I think he is a lab mix and around 6 months old (I am no expert). He has webbed feet that he hasn't grown into yet. I already have my own zoo of dogs, cats and kids so I can not keep him. I have attempted to locate an owner but have failed. Anyone need a very sweet, mild mannered dog or know someone can help find him a place? Good home only and serious inquiries only.
