We are a local legal cannabis farm looking for seasonal harvest laborers this coming October-December. We are a fast paced team that value efficiency and positive vibes. Schedule is flexible and subject to change. Typically we work Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with occasional long days and weekend work. Requirements: - Must be over 21. - Must be able to take directions and carry them out. - Must have excellent communication. - Must be able to work well with others. - Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in spite of bad weather and a seemingly insurmountable task. - Must be able to work all day on your feet, outside, in adverse weather on uneven terrain. - Must be able to climb up and down scaffolding. - Must be able to lift 40lbs. - No drama. No tweakers. Job Duties may include: Harvesting, hanging of cut flower to dry, un-hanging of flower, Loading/Unloading/Stacking/Moving 30lb bins, weighing and packaging of flower or prerolls.
