Looking for a loving patient home

I am needing to find a new home for my chihuahua mix. His name is scrappy, he is about a year and a half old and he is a very sweet boy other than a few issues. I really need him to go to someone who has the time and patience for him. I have had him his whole life and he is a very sweet loving dog but he does have a few things that need work. He NEEDS access to a yard or he will go potty in your house. I have been trying over 6 months now to pad train him for indoors as I work full time and live in an apartment but he is not getting it. He pees on beds and does not lift his leg so you’d think he is just sitting, but he is peeing. Another issue with him is seeing as I’ve been his only owner, he barks at everyone. Any other person he will bark at. He was fine with my other animals but does not like to be picked at, (my boyfriend has a bigger lab who likes to play and he doesn’t like to play with her she’s too big). Scrappy loves toys. He absolutely loves to be your cuddle buddy and would love to have his own blanket. I am very upset but I feel this is the best decision and will be very picky who he goes to. If you have any other questions please pm me. I am just asking a rehoming fee of $50 to ensure he goes to someone who will love and care for him. I do not want him to go to an uncaring home.
