Primary Responsibilities: • Identify and report maintenance problems or physical hazards to supervisor • Maintain positive working relationships with: coworkers and management, third-party contractors and suppliers, and tenants, responding to requests and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner • Record maintenance and repair information in accordance with guidelines established by management direction or policy / procedure • Respond to tenant trouble calls or requests for assistance • Complete paint touch-ups and assist with cosmetic repairs • Monitor parking, reporting or tagging vehicles when necessary • Open and close one or more buildings each day • Monitor building temperatures, making necessary adjustments as dictated by temperatures, tenant requirements, etc. • Perform light grounds maintenance duties • Respond to after-hours emergency calls • Be available to work during special events • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Read and interpret English language documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Employ basic math to read and interpret temperature gauges • Exhibit excellent customer service orientation in responding to tenant requests. Display follow-through in carrying out directions from management. • Possess valid state-issued driver’s license needed to travel to properties or to respond to after-hours trouble calls. Must carry a minimal of liability insurance on vehicle to be used for work purposes at all times.
