Learn how to sew! Santa Ana Community College offers beginning sewing for all students and community members- anyone can enroll! Class is 8 weeks long and you can either come to our sewing lab on Fridays to learn or take the class completely online! It meets from October 21st to December 9th. Go to sac.edu to enroll and save your spot for class #FDM-105A-12851. Classes are $46 a unit, so a three unit class like this is $138, or you can look for financial aide opportunities at or apply for the Cash for College Credit program... details below: Earn ​​$50 per Cred​it! Eligibility: Students must be activel​​y enrolled in the Fall term at Santa Ana College with a minimum of six units (all taken at Santa Ana College) to rece​ive $50 per unit. The more units you take, the more cash you receive. No application required for this one-time program. To qualify in the Fall semester, the academic home location must be Santa Ana College with a minimum of 6 units and maximum of 12 units.​ Fall Accelerated 2022 courses qualify, if enrolled by October 26, 2022. ​​ ​​Distribution: ​​Cash will be distribut​​​ed ​to students via BankMobile on November 2, 2022.
