Employment type: full-time Compensation: Starting at 18.00/hr (Depending on Experience) Hours: M-F 9:00am-5:30pm Aerospace Manufacturing Company in Longmont searching for a shop assistant to help around the manufacturing facility. Entry Level Position. Will be responsible for general shop cleanliness, material handling, keeping machines filled with coolant and oil, and assisting where needed. Compensation: Starting at $18 with more available based on job performance and task completion employment type: full-time *Must be able to count and have strong math skills, comfortable with a calculator. *Read/write/speak English. *Neat handwriting and computer skills *Able to lift boxes and inventory weighing anywhere up to 80lbs (using safe and best practices) *Safely use things like dollies and pallet jacks Responsibilities: *Floor Sweeping and Mopping *Toping on coolant in machines *Assisting Packaging products to be shipped *Locating/transferring and finding material for production employees *Take out trash *Walking and standing for most of the shift *Helping with building maintenance Starting at 18.00/hr. Hours: M-F 9:00am - 5:30pm Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Ability to walk, stand, bend, push/pull for a minimum of 8 hours Must be a US citizen and have a valid driver's license Overtime may be required Must provide a resume for consideration Eligible for benefits after 60 day probation period.
