Noise Pop Industries/The Cut Outdoor Cinema Noise Pop Industries seeks reliable, motivated, customer experience-centric candidates for the part-time role of Operations Team Member for our newest contribution to the Bay Area’s cultural landscape, The Cut Outdoor Cinema at The Crossing. The Cut Outdoor Cinema will bring a schedule of fan favorite and cult classics to an unmatched outdoor setting in the heart of downtown SF. Operations Team Members will be responsible for delivering a unique and delightful outdoor cinema experience to customers of The Cut. Team members will be trained in every aspect of running an outdoor cinema and private events business, and report to The Cut General Manager. This is a full 360 position so you can expect to work the box office/admissions, concessions, ushering, setup and breakdown, and learn technical systems required to run the cinema. Successful candidates will have prior experience working at a cinema or similar event setting and have a keen interest in customer service-focused hospitality roles, events businesses, or similar settings. Experience in private event marketing and management and POS systems is a plus. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential, as is a flexible and adaptable mindset and quick learning aptitude. The Cut Operations Team Members will be responsible for: Executing venue event build processes and schedules Assist in managing storage containers and onsite equipment Assist in maintenance of site equipment Understand and participate in site security policies Follow storage and workspace organization plans Operate concessions container and provide great service to guests Operate POS systems for concessions sales Sell tickets at the door with digital ticket sales system Check-in guests with digital ticket scanners Distribute headphones and blankets to guests Interface with shift manager and teammates for ongoing needs Maintain high quality customer service standards Contribute to team productivity and efficient operations Requirements: Prior experience in cinema, food and beverage, or event production and operations Experience with POS and/or ticketing systems Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and organizational skills General technical fluency with Google Workspace, task management systems, ticketing platforms (Eventbrite), etc. Technical aptitude for production and media systems a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the Bay Area arts and culture landscape Salary based on experience
