I need someone skilled at dealing with people and selling a service that the customer already has. My company's version is more cost effective, we are more responsive to service calls, and we pay attention to of all the details that other provider's ignore. Our targets are apartment complexes to start. The pay for your first month will break down like this: Week 1: $250.00 + Commission Week 2: $500.00 + Commission Week 3: $750.00 + Commission Week 4: $1,000.00 + Commission Our customers generally require one service call per week. You will get a piece of every service call from the customers that you bring in. This is on top of your salary. I have the salary structured the way that I do to spot people that are not serious.
