Agree. There should also be a maximum age. There's already a minimum age for many public offices and if that isn't age discrimination, neither is a maximum age. Personally, I think 67 which is current full retirement benefits age sounds about right. Both Trump and Biden struggled mightily with their mental capabilities and consequently didn't really have their finger on the pulse of the country. Not that every younger President will always be good but a maximum age also reduces the risk of a VP having to finish out a term. I don't think Kamala is anywhere near ready to be President and I think a lot of Vice Presidents are elected to get votes from specific demographics, not based on readiness to take over if needed.
