I'm working on a project in Deer Park where the one car garage has some settling cracks that need to be repaired and insure that there is no continued movement in the future. As you can see, I will be drywalling the inside of the garage once it's completed but I'm leaving it open to complete the work. I can remove any of the framing if needed to get access to the cracks. Come out and take a look and quote me a price. I DO NEED A TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY.
