Position Overview: Painter 2 $22-$28/hr Proficient Painter 1 Valid driver license Minimal Supervision Daily oversight of employees under supervision Record / manage work orders & time management on job sites Apply technical knowledge of all coating materials for acceptable application Employee Development of Painter 1 Communicate proficiently with managers about jobs and problems Responsible for tool inventory & needed products Knowledge of airless spray equipment, professional sanders, pressure washers & other power tools Demonstrates knowledge & implementation of safe ladder, fall protection & product hazards Paint & Stain Lead Painter $28-$34/hr Proficient Painter 2 Little to no supervision Ability and motivation to take ownership of complex paint projects (interior/exterior) Ability to prioritize completion of all projects in a timely manner Completes initial QC after job is completed Advanced knowledge of types of wood, specialized coatings and application of all coatings (interior & exterior) Trainer on processes and safety for all employees under supervision Position Overview: As a Painter 2 or Team Leader you are in the Journeyman Trade range. Your skills set you aside from entry level and move you into honing more technical skill sets with minimal supervision. As a team member you demonstrate support and helpfulness to the entire company and our community. You are an asset to the company, and strive to move it forward. No job is too small when it comes to moving the entire team forward.
