The soothing sounds of these crystal singing bowls offer an opportunity to reconnect with your dreams and aspirations deeply. Harmonize your heart and mind. Harmonize your mind, body, breath, and spirit to transport yourself to another dimension. Your only job at the sound bath is to rest gently on the floor while Nada’s guided sound bath meditation helps you release the day and the past, and ease into the evening and your future, beckoning your dreams back to life. For 60 minutes, you get to let go and just be! You will be resting on the floor, so for your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket(s) and a roll for under your knees (a rolled-up towel works wonderfully).
