Looking for a bass player for shoegaze band

Hello! Not in a desperate situation to start this immediately, just seeing what is out there, if anything. Interested in making a large sounding band with some dynamics. Two guitars, bass, drums. I can sing well enough. Bass does not need to be anything busy, just confident and grooving. I have gear if you are a guitar player but feel like you could play bass in a band. I'm focusing on smaller but powerful gear. Really not interested in getting a van for local shows to haul a 8x10 cab so the largest stuff for bass will probably be a 1x15 or 4x10. We have a practice space. We plan to play shows in the future. Mostly DIY mentality. LGBTQ+, femmes to the front, POC to the front. No ageism but we are around 37-38. Doesn't matter as long as you are mature and responsible. Pretty regular band etiquette: practice once per week, please make it to the practice space without hassle, shows will be inquired about with everyone's approval but we are not looking strictly for paying gigs so houses and low paying shows will be played. Everyone needs to practice and to get established. Please be vaccinated for group safety. I have poorly recorded demos I can share if wanted. Thanks!
