Occupancy & Condition Inspections- REP NEEDED (San Antonio) ****Need someone to perform occupancy & condition inspections on homes in and around your area (and up to 30 mins away). Assignments can be accepted or declined, according to your availability, and can be scheduled according to your availability. Great opportunity for anyone looking to make a little extra money**** Description: Need someone to verify occupancy and deliver notice to residencies that may or may not be occupied, abandoned, etc. All you need is transportation, a phone that takes pictures, and access to a computer and printer, and you can get started right away. How it works: I will be sending you assignments depending on our needs in your area and your availability. If you accept the assignment, you will be paid $100 to perform an occupancy inspection. If the property is occupied you can earn $175 by establishing contact with occupants and up to $250 if your visit results in account resolution. All of this for only 15 minutes of your time at the property!
