Trenching crew needed

We are an electrical contractor looking for someone (sometimes more than one person) who is reliable that we can use for trenching projects in the DC Metro area (MD, NoVA, DC). We install car chargers need trenches dug for electrical conduits, trench needs to be 6" wide, 20" deep... and we typically set it up for only 10' per person to be dug. Pay is great for these projects, typically $380 per person, per day. You would need to be able to avoid sprinkler pipes if they are present, landscape lighting wires etc... but often the path is clear. You would need to be insured and have your own tarps and shovels. Electrician works with you to show where trench should be and is there all day if any questions. Emphasis is on RELIABLE - often we find people who say they will do the job, but then ghost us or don't show up. We are great to work with. Trench is dug, we run conduit in the trench, we wait for the county inspector to give the ok (just relax and wait) and then we backfill. Jobs are almost always just 1 day, 8 hours or less.
