Currently looking for a KB-1 General Contracting Qualifying Party. Looking to pay a guaranteed amount per month for a qualifying member. I’m currently the managing partner at a multi divisional construction firm. The other partners are looking to to scale back and slow down so I’m opting to go my own way. I have work coming up and would like to get moving with my own company as soon as possible but need to get licensing and bonding taken care of first. I will be keeping employees, fleet vehicles and office/warehouse. Looking for a hands off qualifying party. Please reach out if interested and we can discuss further.
