We are a general contractor with projects all over the Houston area. We also have rental properties that will need repairs in between the on going construction. This is a full time job Monday - Saturday with bi-weekly payroll. General Insurance is required (we can help you find a provider). Bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish) Somos un contratista general con projectos en construcion en toda el area de Houston. Ademas tenemos propiedades en alquiler que necesitan mantenimiento. Este es trabajo de tiempo completo Lunes - Sabado con pago cada 15 dias. Se requiere tener seguro (nosotros le podemos ayudar a conseguirlo). HANDY MAN NEEDED ASAP! DIRECT HIRE NO AGENCY • Must be able to work in a high paced environment - Se requiere la habilidad de rapida solucion a los trabajos asignados. • Must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) and your own tools. - Debe tener vehiculo propio y heramientas de trabajo. • Must be able to proactively identify potential issues with the property that could impact the property’s value - Debe tener la capacidad de reconocer futuros problemas antes de que ocuran en nuestras propiedades. • Able to work independently with little to no supervision - Habilidad de trabajar independientemente o con poca supervision. • Can handle projects at multiple properties - Manejar diferentes projectos a la vez. • Ability to address issues with appliance repair and removal, carpentry, drywall, electrical, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, windows and doors. - Debe tener conocimiento basico en plomeria, aire acondicionado, electricidad y carpinteria.
