Rehoming 1 year old dog

This is Groot, he is 1 year old as of July. He loves his humans and wants to snuggle up and get belly scratches. He is not neutered but will need to be. He does not get along with other Male dogs and neutering him could help this but I would still not recommend him in a home with other male dogs as he has had issues with our dog and that is why we are rehoming. He is crate trained, house broken and knows basic commands. He doesn’t bark much and loves to run around the back yard and entertain himself or play fetch. He is about 80lbs right now and still growing.
