Full Time nanny/childcare wanted

We are seeking someone to help care for our 18 month old and three year old. Our five year old is in kindergarten, and will only be around part of the time in the mornings. This is a Monday to Friday schedule. The shift starts at 7 AM and includes helping them eat breakfast, playing with them throughout the day, preparing and feeding them lunch, and then getting them ready for nap around 1 PM. They usually wake up around 2:30 PM. We arrive home from work around 5:30 PM We are looking for somebody who is very reliable, diligent, and honest. Our kids are overall well behaved, but very active. They do not get to watch TV or play on iPads. However, there are many toys and instruments, a jungle gym outside, and plenty of outdoor space for them to play. Compensation: Pay is $3000 per month to start. Federal holidays are days off. There are also several days every month that we take a vacation, and will not need services, but these are usually planned spontaneously. Any extra work on weekends or after hours is extra pay at a mutually agreeable rate. We currently have a nanny who we appreciate dearly, however, she is moving on to bigger and better things.
