The successful candidate will receive a minimum of 600 hours of structured supervised training in all aspects of bridge construction in Peterborough, NH. Under the Federal Highway Administration's Affirmative Action Program, all construction companies contracting for federally-funded projects are required to make a good faith effort to hire women and minorities to meet the goals of the Federal On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
