I have an amazingly sweet boy named Hercules that needs a new home. His home will need to be loving, and active. He LOVES being pet, being near people, and fetching a squeaky ball. He has a big bark when he’s first seeing/meeting someone, but warms up as soon as he’s allowed to get close enough to get petted. He knows his basic commands and some fun ones. He’s not the best at “stay” as he just wants to be next to you. He’s great with dogs, kids of all ages (though I’m not sure I’d trust him not to sit on a baby because he thinks he’s a lap dog), and even kittens. He’s a very good boy and he deserves more time and attention than I can give him now that my life circumstances have changed. He will need a strong owner (I don’t mean a stubborn person or a mean person, I mean physically strong, as Herc is a young, big dog). He’s not hyper, by any means. He’s actually quite relaxed. He just needs much more human attention than I can give him. I want him to have a large, fenced yard. I don’t want him to be home alone all day. So if you have 2 jobs or an extremely busy life already, please don’t try to adopt him. That’s what he’s already dealing with and I’m trying to give him a *better* situation. Not trying to give him added stress of the same exact life in a new home.
