Feeling checked out? It might be time to Check-in With Yourself! Check-in With Yourself is an online tool designed to help 18-29 year-olds* in Washington State reflect on feelings, learn coping strategies, and improve their wellbeing. This program is designed to be private and available 24/7, which means that you will not be asked to create an account or provide any identifying information. You will first complete a 5-minute online questionnaire, and then you will receive information tailored to you and your experiences—for free! The tailored information includes personalized strategies and tips for improving mental health and wellbeing. It also shows you how you compare to others your age, including mood, coping strategies, alcohol use, marijuana use, and more! Want to learn more?
