I am a Franchise owner with Jan Pro Cleaning and Disinfectants of Dallas. I have an account to offer located in Fort Worth. It is a small daycare and it is located off Azle Rd and Boat Club Rd. Cleaning is five nights a week and the cleaning takes two hours each night. Of course you will be able to cut that time down once you become familiar with the building. You are able to enter each evening after 6pm but cleaning needs to be completed before 10pm. All supplies and equipment are provided. Pay is monthly and this particular account pays 540.00 the last day of the month. The upside to accepting this account is that the same property at a different location seven miles away will start in October and this particular account which is a little bigger will pay 1100.00 monthly. I would prefer the same person for both accounts. This is part time work and is considered supplemental income. Please only serious inquiries only.
