Check out a few projects we have done on our website: Responsibilities This position is for entry level concrete workers. This job is fast paced and physically demanding so you need to have good physical stamina, and endurance to work in all weather conditions. Should have experience working with all basic hand tools. Qualifications Basic understanding of construction preferred Able to sit, stand, bend, lift 100lbs, sometimes for long periods of time and frequently Always looking to improve skills, quality. Always doing the right thing regardless of who’s watching or not watching. Always ready to learn, pivot, and grow when mistakes are made, problems arise, or feedback is given. Ability to work long shifts as necessary to get the job done, typically 8 -12 hr shifts Self starter Reliable transportation required (you will travel to jobsite each day, anywhere DFW and surrounding areas) Pay 1099 Subcontractor (W9 required) Pay range $15-25 depending on experience and performance Over time paid on hrs over 40 hrs Typically 40-50 hrs per week We are not looking for sub crews at this time, individuals only please.
