DCOMM has immediate openings for EXPERIENCED Bury Drop Personnel. This job is a general labor position with an uncapped earning potential. Due to the surge of people moving and the hard winter in the North this year we have an abundance of work. The job requires shallow digging that places cable 6-12 inches under the ground. The tools generally are shovels and pick axes. We pay weekly, by the job and allow you to complete as many jobs a day as you can safely perform. You must be willing to work weekend days. Bore work available also. TRAINING AVAILABLE and only takes a few days if needed to meet industry standards. Experienced groups are welcome and preferred. Applicant Requirements: Have a valid Driver’s License Have valid Insurance & Registration Have a valid Social Security Card Have a reliable Vehicle Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test Must be able to pass industry background check Must be eligible to legally work in the United States. Good communication skills Must have own tools and transportation Physical Requirements: Be able to work outdoors in extreme heat, cold or rain. Be able to use hand tools as required. Job Requirements: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by the workload Must be able to work in an outside environment in variable weather conditions General knowledge of, but not limited to underground cabling/fiber & easements Restores job site environment to its original condition.
