Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that holds each individual pose for long periods of time. Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissue-ligaments, joints, bones, and the fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles.
Energetically, Yin improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of the chi in the organs.
*Breathwork, reiki, and meditation will be incorporated into this class.
**Feel free to bring a blanket or bolster for maximum relaxation.
