Seeking lead bluegrass/nashville influence electric guitarist

Hey ya'll! Widely Grown, a 5 piece Americana band, based out of Jersey City, is seeking a lead guitarist, influenced by bluegrass, nashville style, jam guitar. (wood brothers, railroad earth, grateful dead, avett brothers, rayland baxter idk. etc) Acoustic/vox, Upright/vox, fiddle/vox, ***lead guitar/multi intrumentalist***, drums We just came off of our first tour doing 10 shows in 11 days out to STL and back. shows getting booked for fall, winter and spring. Gigs are fun and paid. (most gigs run $75-$100, have had gigs $250+ per guy) Songs are structured but definitely sections of improv and a lot of creative independence. Hoping for someone who is down to play original music, while also having fun with select covers for 2 set atmospheres. No set rehearsals or anything at the moment. Pretty relaxed. We either rehearse in Denville, NJ or Jersey City, NJ or somewhere between.
