Essential Functions: • Must be able to work in a high paced environment • Must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) and your own tools. • Must be able to proactively identify potential issues with the property that could impact the property’s value • Able to work independently with little to no supervision • Can handle projects at multiple properties • Maintains inventory of commonly used products and equipment • Ability to address issues with appliance repair and removal, carpentry, drywall, electrical, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, windows and doors. • Prioritizes and documents repairs per policy and standard operating procedure Preferable Backgrounds Include: Carpenter, Painter, Handyman, Foreman, Field Technician, Maintenance Technician, Remodeler, Remodeling, General Contractor, Plumber, Electrician, HVAC Technician, Framer, Construction, General Labor, Laborer, Drywall, Flooring, Trim, Countertops, Remodels, & Renovations.
