Found puppy in river bed off bell road and 7thave, She is a heeler mix possibly with a bull terrier idrk, she is extremely skinny and was very dehydrated, i have videos of the rescue if interested, I'm looking to find her a new home as i have 4 dogs already, she's is estimated to be 7-9 weeks of age
