We are looking to hire a maintenance supervisor for our beautiful apartment complex in Durham NC.
Job description.
Diagnose problems and promptly repair minor/major problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, and wall repairs and preventive maintenance.
Be responsible for preparing vacant residential properties, and for new occupants to move into our community.
Participates in emergency and after-hours coverage based on the established schedule or as required.
Work orders assigned by property manager. Manage outside contractors servicing the property.
Responsibility of maintaining supplies and inventory.
Conduct a professional manner at all times.
