Can someone plz help me re-home this kitten almost ran him over few months ago I'm moving and he can not come with me he is inside outside cat just chills in open garage for most part never goes to far from his food really don't want to take him to shelter and the no kill shelter in Carteret county will not accept him because I am not a resident of the county I have a lil bag of food and his food dish and a litter box that he don't use anymore if anyone can help me out shoot me a email thank you
