I own a lot in Palm Bay and Im ready to have a bigger house built on it. The builder (Maronda homes) says they can not build on it because it is considered a "wetland". I have contacted the building Department in the city of Palm Bay and they have never called me back with an answer. (They are impossible to deal with) Does anybody have an idea what can I do to solve this problem? Has anybody gone thru a similar situation and what was the outcome?
