Assist in the maintenance of 180 apartments in Newport. Duties include, but not limited to, painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing (leak repair, install new faucets, replace water heaters, etc.), minor electric (plug/switch plate replace, install new lighting, etc.) and vinyl installation. Attend to resident work orders, urgent and routine. Any duties required to make apartments rent ready. Miscellaneous duties as required.
