*Company Description:* We are small 6 person team boutique real estate investment firm. We provide property management, association management, construction, remodeling, maintenance, and real estate expertise. We are a queer owned business. *Job Duties:* 1) Tenant maintenance requests: Plumbing, drywalling, patching holes, cleaning gutters, running errands and placing orders with vendors to provide service. 2). Small Projects: Building decks, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, roof replacement, etc. 3). Large Projects: ADU, home construction, and association projects. 4). It is strongly desired that you have your own truck or utility vehicle. The company will compensate your for mileage and driving time. Hours: 30-60 depending on your desire! If you feel you are handy and are able to drive then you qualify for this job! You will work with other contractors and laborers who will be able to assist you. *How to Apply:* 1.
