Install sun roof in atrium

Install Corrugated Polycarbonate Panels roof in 12 foot by 16 foot atrium. Must be experienced and reliable. Basically a 2 day project. No smokers. Existing cover is flat wood slats and sun-sail material. Want to replace with slant pitched roof of Corrugated Polycarbonate Panels (12 foot long) and a gutter and drain-pipe at one end. Will not be air tight will tiny gaps for ventilation as bathroom exhaust fans vent into atrium space. The atrium has a drain pipe in the center but heavy rains can result is some backup which has been an issue. The purpose of the project is to reduce the filth coming off the roof into the atrium, control the water volume during rains and eliminate UV Light. The gutter drainpipe will first fill a 55 gallon container before running out to floor drain. Gutter on a 16 foot run will be covered so leaves and debris does not get into drain pipe. I have one heavy duty ladder and tools except a rotary saw, will need a second ladder.
