We are a produce company located in Buena Park looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill our customer service representative position. Description: • Ensure shipments are processed timely and accurately • Provide clients with any additional information about the products/services from the facility • Respond to emails in a timely matter and maintain a positive customer relationship • Manage customer complains via email or phone • Able to work in low temperatures ranging from 35-38 degrees Fahrenheit Shift: 1st (8AM-4:30PM) Pay Rate: $16-$18/HR Please submit resume.
