Local property rental company in Central NJ looking to hire an Errand Runner asap to help with our property management. The hours will be part-time but can increase with demand and with room for growth. You will be on call as needed and will mostly be taking care of minor punch list items at various properties in town. Duties include home cleaning and maintenance inspections, garbage duty, restocking, running last-minute errands, and being available for guest issues such as changing out light bulbs, batteries, etc. Please only respond if you have your own reliable transportation.
