You will be responsible for visiting public venues, events, residential neighborhoods, and retail locations to help gather leads/applicants for health insurance. Part of the duties includes educating individuals about the benefits of health insurance, checking their ability to qualify, and submitting required enrollment documentation. We will teach you practical strategies that focus on the prospective customer's needs and how you can meet these needs with the services that we offer. This role is an independent contractor role for the first three weeks. You will work with licensed agents while pursuing your Florida 2-40 license. During that time, you will learn the techniques and strategies to be successful in the field. Upon graduation from the 3-week training course, you will be hired as a full-time employee as long as you have completed the training and obtained your license. You will make $1500/week to start What are the Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be a legal resident of the United States. May not have any felony convictions in the last 7 years. Valid driver's license. Must be comfortable working outside consistently. Able to interact positively with a diverse population. Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills. Excellent communication skills, including eloquence, active listening, and interpersonal skills. You need to love traveling and gain an in-depth knowledge of the product being offered. Pass the background check. We would love it if you have, but it's not required: Have an active Florida 2-40 Health or 2-15 Life and Health Insurance License. Bilingual, including the ability to read and write. What We Offer: Job Type: Independent Contractor for three weeks and Full Time upon graduation from training and obtainment of Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License.  Schedule: 6 days a week. Salary: $1,500/week. Orientations are held on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
