Please join us for a yoga session with Anna. She has been teaching yoga since 2007. Trained in an ashram in India, she prefers the Hatha and Ashtanga forms of yoga because they are accessible to all levels of physical fitness. She would love to share her passion for centering, relaxing, and rejuvenating through yoga. No previous experience required.
