1. Remove the internal organs of abalone, clean it, brush the shell with a toothbrush, and steam it in a boiling water pot for about 3 minutes for standby
2. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water, and then cool the water for use
3. Heat the pot with a little oil, mix abalone juice, soy sauce, tomato sauce, a proper amount of soup (or water), steamed abalone and starch into the pot, boil and thicken
4. Take a bowl of rice, turn it upside down on the plate, put broccoli on it, and pour the bubble juice directly on it
