Searching for someone with electrician and plumbing experience to work on 2 projects in a home.
-A small, first floor bathroom has a tankless toilet which needs to be replaced with a tank toilet.
- A power line in a dining room ceiling which powered a chandelier for over 30 years has suddenly gone dead after disconnecting and attempting to reconnect the chandelier. We need someone to help repair the line.
The job would have to be done on the nearest and most convenient Wednesday or Thursday.
