This beginning beekeeping class is taught on two consecutive Saturdays, 5 & 12 November 2022 from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. PLEASE NOTE: To sign up for both days of this two part class, press the "Select a Time" button. You will then be presented with the choice of 5 November only, however the $50 fee includes both 5 and 12 November dates. When you sign up for the class, you are signing up for both days although it appears you are signing up only for 5 November. Topics include Bee Colony and its Organization, Bee Hive Equipment, Nucs, Packages and working with a Mentor, Bee Stings, Seasonal Hive Management, Swarm Management, Controlling Honey Bee Pests, and Products from the Hive.
