Responsibilities/ Requirements: - The superintendent is responsible for all aspects of maintenance & upkeep in the building -The daily, weekly, & monthly duties of the superintendent job shall be prescribed by the management office. -Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of buildings & grounds. -Oversee preventive maintenance & repairs -In charge of repairs & must act in a timely manner to resolve issues -Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance -Record & report all tenant complaints to property management -Inform owner of any illegal on-premises activity - Repair and/or replace hinges, springs, or door checks on all doors -Change locks if necessary -Basic plumbing: Repairs/replace all plumbing equipment in the apartments such as faucet, sink, shower heads -Responsible for light plumbing such as waistlines, check repair or replace the working parts of toilet tanks. -Report any evidence of pest infestation or related problems -Must be respectful towards tenants & have proper communication skills If you are interested in this position, please email back with you last/ current job position or title.
